Meet the Doctor

Dr. James Anchors is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. After he finished undergraduate school at West Georgia College he attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic upon graduation in 1966. He began his practice in Georgia at the Boutwell Chiropractic Clinic where he was an Assistant Clinic Director. In 1969 Dr. Anchors opened his own private practice, Anchors Chiropractic, in Dunwoody, Georgia where he has proudly served the community for over thirty five years. Dr. Jim Anchors is an active member of The Georgia Chiropractic Association, holding several offices throughout his membership, the most recent being Second Vice-President (2003) and Board of Directors (2002). Dr. Anchors has also been a member of The American Chiropractic Association since 1974. Most recently Dr. Jim was appointed to The Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners by Governor Sonny Perdue (2003).

Dr. Bradley Anchors graduated from Life University, School of Chiropractic located in Marietta, Georgia in the fall of 1997. He immediately joined his father in practice at Anchors Chiropractic, located in Dunwoody, Georgia and has been practicing there continually ever since. His history in athletics and over a 100 postgraduate course hours in sports-related injuries makes him an expert in this area, especially golf, where he has become a Chiropractic Golf Specialist and Advanced Golf Fitness Instructor.  Dr. Brad is past president of District One of The Georgia Chiropractic Association (2002), and past member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chiropractic Association (2003). Dr. Brad lives in Dunwoody with his wife Kristin and their children, Ella and Owen.In his free time, Dr. Brad enjoys playing golf and tennis. When he's not exercising or attending chiropractic seminars, he is spending time with his family.
